This off billet is constructed from polyester and features a three hole tie with burgundy latigo leather tie.
Measures 1-3/4" (4,45 cm) x 39" (49 cm).

To allow flexibility or ''give'' as your horse moves, it is best to use a leather latigo and off billet with a regular cinch Leather expands very slightly because it is a natural fiber, which ''gives'' and therefore moves with your horse while riding. Are you using a cinch made of natural fibers such as mohair or alpaca? Then you can use a nylon off billet and latigo tie, because the girth already ''gives'' with the movement of the horse.
