RW Bowman Will James Rancher Saddle

Tree: Custom Made or Will James, rawhide covered and rawhide laced. Manufactured  by Steele Saddle Tree, LLC. The ground work is hand shaped using  skirting leather over a 20 gauge saddle strainer (tin seat). 
Seat Size: Available in 15" and 16".
Weight: Approximately 19 kg (42 lbs).
Skirts: Length 27 ½"; Width 12", lined with genuine bark tan 1" thick wool shearling, 1" density.
Cantle: Height 4"  Width  12 ½"; Dish 1 ½"; Style ½" Natural Rawhide Covered Pencil Roll, Hand Sewn.
Horn: Height 3 ½", Diameter 4", leather covered, hand sewn with mule hide horn wrap.
Stirrup Leathers: 3" with leather covered Blevins Buckles
Stirrups: Wooden metal bound natural rawhide covered, hand laced bell stirrups with 3" treads.
Rigging: Dropped plate rigging in 7/8’s position. Hardware is Stainless Steel Horseshoe Brand with floral engraving and black accents.
Flank Cincha: 6" tapering to 4" to 1 ¾"; burgundy latigo lined with deluxe stainless steel roller buckles. 
Leather: 15-17 oz. Thoroughbred Walnut Skirting.
Trim: All Hardware including the saddle screws and washers is  stainless steel.  Saddle strings cut from premium 7-8 oz. burgundy  latigo. We use the Union Lockstitch to sew and pull the 277 white nylon  thread tight at 5 1/2 stitches to the inch.
Finish: Each Will James Rancher receives a warm coat of 100% pure  neatsfoot oil followed by a generous coat of Aussie Leather  Conditioner. Edges are burnished by hand rubbing. 
Tooling: Hand carved floral and Hamley swirl with lined petal border.
